Is God Inclusive?

Christian life

26 Mar

This is a good question. I thought that maybe the promise of salvation for the Gentiles (non-Jews) was an Old Testament thing, but I was sorely mistaken. When I read Isaiah 56, I discovered that the heart of God is changeless. Before you read any further in this article, I suggest you read Isaiah 56 and seek God’s heart. This…

We’ve begun to set our hearts in God’s Word for the year, and it is fitting to start in Matthew. The New Testament often comments on the Old Testament, explaining how God fulfilled his promises for the Messiah. Books such as Matthew, Romans, and Hebrews contain prophecies from the Old Testament that the Son of God came to accomplish. The…

In the Secret Place

I want you to Find a quiet, secluded place so you won’t be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense His grace. Matt 6:6 The Message The above quotation is from the Message Bible, and it seems clear about…

Whenever I go behind closed doors in the Secret Place and open His Word, I never know what He wants to tell me, so I wait in expectation. Will it be encouragement, correction, or inspiration? Every time, though, Scripture has never failed to touch my soul and transform my mind. Then, He opened their minds so they could understand the…

Those who know me understand that I prayerfully seek guidance on what the Lord wants for you as you read these words. As we continue living the “with God” life, we discover He leads with knowledge, understanding, and wisdom. Paul’s prayer for all believers is this: … do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled to the knowledge of His will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord,…

But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Matt 6:6 NKJV. Our Father in heaven, hollowed by Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is…

We Believe…

We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God.

There is only One God, but He exists in three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).

Jesus Christ is the Son of God and was born of a virgin. He is both fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose from the dead. Christ will return to the earth again.

The Holy Spirit bears witness to Jesus and empowers and equips believers today to witness and serve effectively.

Keystone verse for Sister to SisterDisciples

At that time, those who feared the LORD spoke to one another. The LORD took notice and listened. So a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who feared the LORD and had high regard for His name. “They will be Mine,” says the LORD of Armies, “My own possession on the day I am preparing. .
